I really wanted to share pics of my clean and organized car with you today, but temps around here dropped 30 degrees (or more) yesterday, so I was less-than-motivated to finish up the last few things and to stand outside and take pics. It was windy and COLD! (Just when we think it’s gone…)
So instead I decided to show you the easy binder tabs I made several weeks ago for my new tax binder. I found by the end of this last tax year that my binder was bulging at the seams, so I decided to upgrade to a larger size. The folders were falling apart as well, and I found the need for expanded categories, so I started from scratch with a new 1 1/2″ binder and new folders. I decided to add some sort of tabs to make finding the folder I want easier, too, so I made some quick and (fairly) easy binder tabs with washi tape.
The hardest part was keeping them (approximately) the same length and folding the tape over onto itself without wrinkles. Obviously I wasn’t 100% successful, but they still serve their purpose.
