Sometimes you just have to know when to give up. I don’t want to, I really don’t. But it’s time. I’ve been trying sooooo hard to get my 31 Days series completed, even if a month late. But I’m still six posts away and it’s just. not. gonna. happen. Projects are getting done, albeit slowly, but the holidays are here and I have clients to work with…and there’s just only one of me. So with a couple days before Dec. 1, I am waving the white flag and saying enough already.
Don’t fret, though, because as I said, projects are still being done and will be shared asap. Not only that, but I still have quite a to-do list of projects I wanted to complete for the series, and January will be here before we know it…and January is the best time of the year for organizing!
For now I’m going through my posts and trying to catch any projects that I mentioned and have yet to share so that I can be sure to do so. Christmas decorations are almost all up, and once they are I’ll share that with you, too. Faith’s room is coming along and is soooo close. Brad’s been busy hanging lights and working on holiday gifts that he’s making, so we haven’t had a chance to hang pictures on her wall yet (I don’t trust myself with that ;)).
I’m glad to be posting more often again, though, and hope to continue that through the holiday season even though things will be busy.
One thing I’m brainstorming ideas for is my essential oil storage. A couple months ago I got a bamboo utensil tray and it’s been working really well. However, as my collection grows it’s not going to continue to be enough storage space, and I am finding a need to alphabetize the oils so that their easier to find. So tonight I’m scouring the net for ideas, and here are some that I like…

This one’s on the pricier side, unless I could get the hubby to make one. 😉 I have a great spot in the hallway for it, though!
