1. Enjoyed a fairly productive scrapbooking weekend with my friend, Sara (not sure she knew I took this pic!), at my in-laws’. In the town our hubbies are from, we both had sitters (grandmas) and it allowed us at least 12 hours or so of time to catch up on our books! 2. Finally drank the butterscotch root beer that I picked up on our family vacation. It was something I just HAD to try! Initially all I could taste was root beer, but then there’s a hint of a butterscotch after. Good! (I think it would be wonderful mixed with Rumchata or banana rum. But I digress.) 3. Faith spent some time “scrapbooking” with us, using my unwanted paper and stickers, and a little $5 foam scrapbook from Hobby Lobby. While she got a bit too chatty sometimes, asking LOTS of questions and distracting us from our progress, it was nice sharing that with my daughter. 4. In just a few minutes last night I transformed some Dollar Tree frames for my daily routine and cleaning schedule. More on that progress and (hopefully!) the pegboard next week! 5. A friend was gracious enough to agree to come and watch my daughter and two of the daycare girls for an hour or so in order to let my bestie and I leave town early for the Michael Bublé concert tonight (woot!). This is her gift…and I love the bag.
